Hi people! I know I haven't updated in a little while, but...I am now. XD

Right...let's start with Echo Beach.

Some of you have been moaning on about how you can't view the first episode preview, well, I have some pictures from. Only two of them will upload at the moment, sorry. Low quality, but there's nothing I'm willing to do about that. Enjoy.



Still on the subject of Echo Beach, I have two magazines scans about the show. I could have had three, but I'm too cheap to spend a whole £1 on a page from the Radio Times.
One of them is from something called What's On TV. Doesn't sound classy, does it? That's because it's not...and was 45pence. Cheapskates win! The other one is from a crappy TV guide that came free with The Sun.
Again, enjoy.



Also, don't forget Echo Beach...and Moving Wallpaper...both start on Thursday on ITV1!!!

Moving on, as the title of this post suggests, Little Birds. I have two photographs from the movie. Enjoy.



On a Little Birds kind of note, the forum has been re-vamped with a Little Birds background. Check it out! Also, Dan has made a start on a new Speleers Net main page background...this blue one that slaps you in the face...so thanks to him!

On a graphics sort of theme...I have made some graphics recently, which you can view in the gallery. If you wish to use one of them, please credit!

Hello Ed Fans!

As you may be aware, there is a letter that Speleersnet are putting together to write to Ed...but...we have now decided...that it is no longer for just Speleersnet. It can be for any Ed fans!

All you need to do is write/type a letter for him and email it to me, then it will be added in a large scrapbook of letters which I will then send!

Also, I'm planning to do some additional "goodies" which you may recieve if this goes ahead.

Digital Spy has just released some more information on Echo Beach. And a picture!

Here is a first look at the cast of ITV's new and unique soap concept, Echo Beach.

Created by Tony Jordan, Echo Beach follows the lives of ex-lovers Daniel Marrack (Jason Donovan) and Susan Penwarden (Martine McCutcheon) and is set in the fictional coastal town of Polnarren in Cornwall. The show also follows the trials and tribulations of the town's youngsters.

Sister show Moving Wallpaper will provide a comedic behind-the-scenes look at the 'making of' Echo Beach from the viewpoint of fictional producer Jonathan Pope (Ben Miller).

Christian Cook – who plays Echo Beach's Brae Marrack – told Digital Spy: "I've had a wicked time. Everyone's cool and has something to share and bring to the table. Ed (Speleers) is a really good mate now. And Hannah (Lederer-Alton) was unbelievable. It's her first job and she’s come on so well. The camera just loves her.

"Also, quite bizarrely, I'd just finished working on Robin Hood after taking over from Jonathan (Readwin) who had to go and work on Equus and when I turned up for rehearsals for Echo Beach, there he was!”

A show insider added: "The kids of Echo Beach make the cast of The OC look more like the Munsters. Come next year they'll be household names amongst Britain’s teens. The guys are definite pin-up material and the girls will be fashion icons by the second episode.

"Mischa Barton, Rachel Bilson, Chad Michael Murray, Adam Brody, Joshua Jackson and Hayden Pannatierre are making way for the Brits next year. There’s a new show in town with sharper stories and sexier stars!"

Both 12-part series are to premiere in the New Year.
